Informed Consent Form for Users of the Plant and Soil Sciences eLibrary
Title: Communities of Learning for an Established Learning Object Library
Learning or teaching at a distance can be a lonely activity, with little opportunity to interact. The developers of the Plant and Soil Sciences eLibrary sometimes feel a need to interact with those who use it. We are designing new features to enable more interaction among users and between users and developers.
You can help us by answering a short survey. This will take no more than ten minutes. We are seeking a little more information about people who use the eLibrary, their job responsibilities or study activities and how those relate to the Plant and Soil Sciences eLibrary. Most importantly, you will be asked for your ideas on improvements to the eLibrary.
You can exit the survey at any time and do not have to answer any particular question. There are no known risks or discomforts associated with participating in this survey. Your IP address is not being recorded. To answer the survey questions, click on the link below. If you have questions about the survey, please e-mail Dr. Carol Speth at cspeth2@unl.edu.
For more information on the development of the Plant and Soil Sciences eLibrary, please e-mail Dr. Deana Namuth Covert at dcovert2@unl.edu.
